NICOLE LATIN AMERICA PRESENTATION – PORTUGUESE

Nicole Latin America is a network for discussion of new environmental technologies for remediation of degraded areas and other initiatives. Its objective is to disseminate technical and scientific knowledge on remediation of contaminated areas, alternative technologies and related issues; to stimulate and coordinate research directed to the management of contaminated areas; and intermediate discussions between industries, service providers, universities, entities, government and others within the area of relevance.

Developed by professionals from the industrial, service providers and academic sectors, the article demonstrates the strength of the Vapor Intrusion working group as a technical group and the ability of the NICOLE network to generate quality content, building on its unique aspect to unite these three sectors in pursuit of common goals within the remediation area.

Position paper elaborated by the Sustainable Remediation Working Group, aiming to clarify, succinctly, the institutions and state of the art of Sustainable Remediation in Brazil.
